Well it’s National Apprenticeship Week and so we thought we’d share with you some shots of our fantastic apprentices – Israel and Judeane.
They are going to be working for Southgrove on a 2 year programme, and also studying some theory and practical one day a week at New City College in Hackney. In the last couple of years we have really notice an increasing age gap in our workforce and so it made us consider how we source a new kind of workforce and realised that apprentices could fill that gap for us!
They were set up with a fab and fresh set of merch by our suppliers, Dulux and Brewers and are putting everything to great use already, learning something new every day.
