Southgrove is delighted to have been awarded the joint package for painting and installation of flooring across 88 plots in the conservation area of Castle Lane, Westminster.
Working with HG Construction, this unique development offers affordable housing of varying tenures less than half a mile from Buckingham palace. The original buildings are being carefully restored to preserve the Victorian facades to retain the heritage of this area.
This scheme will create one, two and three bedroom affordable homes and also includes a new green space and children’s play area, it also includes the redevelopment of a single residential dwelling, formerly the Castle Lane Working Men’s Club.
